DGF-40 automatic tube filling and sealing machine
The machine is for the diameter of 16- diameter 60MM, height 60-258MM plastic tube, aluminum-plastic composite tube , automatic load tube, tube code orientation, filling, sealing, printing date (date), cutting tail, tube counting and discharge finished tube.
This machine is programmed by the switch button (or touch screen) operation and PLC control. The sealing hot air heating system is formed by the Swiss imported hot and high steady flow from the inner wall of the tube, blowing hot air, to melt the plastic, then beat insections (stripes, twill) and batch number (group 1-4). The sealing is firm, speed fast, no damage of sealing surface, beautiful appearance, neat. Contact part of the filling material are all made of stainless steel material, can be widely used in cosmetics, toothpaste, medicine, food, oil and chemical industry.
