The machine is
operated by switch button and touch screen, and controlled by PLC. It can
automatically load tubes, check color codes, filling, sealing, stamp batch
numbers or date, cut ends of tube and exit tubes. The plastic or
aluminum-plastic tube with diameter 16-60mm, length 60-258mm is available.
This machine has
the CE certificate, and exported to many foreign countries like Syria, Israel,
Jordan, Turkey, Egypt, Mauritius, Bengal, South Africa, etc.
The machine adopts
the advanced operation system like touch screen, numeral show technology. You
just need to touch the screen, the machine can work automatically. The
procedure is operated by switch button and controlled by PLC. The whole machine
adopts original imported breeze machine and hot-air heating system which can
form high and steady flux to blow the hot air into the tube, then, soften the
plastic, at last, beat to form serrate and identification numbers. It can seal
firmly with high speed, won’t damage the surface. The parts which contact the
filling material directly are made of high quality stainless steel. It can be
widely used in daily cosmetics, medicine, toothpaste, food, lubricant and other
industries.
